haiku and not-haiku from Mark Holloway @forgottenworks
So, no longer for the moment landlocked then. Wherever it is, it's a beautiful place.
Ha! No, managed to get to the sea for a long weekend, in this case at Rhos on the North Wales coast, near Llandudno. By the way, this photo manages not to show ringed plovers among the rocks at low tide, the UK's smallest church (the tiny beach-front stone chapel of St Trillo that seats six, just round the corner, in which a candle was burning to mark the WW1 centenary) and the world's second largest off-shore wind farm a few miles out. (Call me old-fashioned, but I like to see the horizon.) But it was a very good couple of days.
