I love this Mark, it makes me picture a black leaved tree hit by a sudden autumn. Beautiful.:0)
I keep coming back to this poem, liking it more with each return. "wind-swirled" is marvelous. Such a wonderful balance of stillness and motion. Visual tones of grey and black. Starlings define some drear side of autumn. Great.
